After completing his M.S. degree in Civil Engineering at Ohio University, Sam Khoury joined the department faculty and staff in 1993. Sam wears many hats in the department, balancing his time between his duties as Lab Coordinator and his research as an engineer for the Ohio Research Institute for Transportation and the Environment. |
